can i go to canada through blood relation

hi,
my uncle(my mom brother) is in canada who want to sponsor me ............so any know can i go to through this relation.......
wot sort of document require for that ?
i applied for study permit on 12 dec in stouffville college and got refused 2 weeks ago........i also attached the sponsor documents of my uncle wid study permit file.......my question is this sponsor is useful which i attached wid my study permit? ............need proper advice through experts lyk PMM or others

What is the reason for visa refusal? You should rectify the reason and reapply.

2.insufficent employment status
3.you will not leave canada after study.

these are the reasons on my study permit.......their is no refusal reson on my sponsors documents which i attached wid study permit
plez guide me wot should i do next

As for your uncle sponsoring you, you would have to meet these requirements:

You can sponsor:

-brothers or sisters, nephews or nieces, granddaughters or grandsons who are orphaned, under 18 years of age and not married or in a common-law relationship
-another relative of any age or relationship but only under specific conditions (see Note below)
-accompanying relatives of the above (for example, spouse, partner and dependent children).
Note: you can sponsor one relative regardless of age or relationship only if you do not have a living spouse or common-law partner, conjugal partner, a son or daughter, parent, grandparent, sibling, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece who could be sponsored as a member of the family class, and you do not have any relative who is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident or registered as an Indian under the Indian Act.

Tell your uncle to apply GCMS notes for you under the Access to Information Act in Canada. You will find VO's details explanation of refusal on that notes. cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/index.asp

You can try, just know that they have access to your denial.

I would not suggest to apply any visa in Canada without reading GCMS notes for refused application. Your application will have highest possibility of being refused again if you do not rectify previous reason.
