Can I go for landing process after travelling abroad

Hi,

I recently applied for the express entry PR application and it got approved. Currently, I work in US and need to leave the country as work visa expires in few days. I am planning to go to India and then plan for landing.

Can I go to India and stay for few days and then go for landing in Toronto.
