Can i go for CEC??

I have over one year work experience with LMO.
But my celpip test is L9, S6, R9, W7.
Can I go for CEC?

For CEC you need to have education obtained in Canada. You have not mentioned it in your post.

Incorrect. There is technically no education requirement under CEC but one can add educational credentials (Canadian and foreign supported by a valid ECA) to gain CRS points.

Not true at all. Even for CEC do not need educational Credential if you have enough CRS.
