I deported to india in feb 2018 from USA. I dont have criminal history but FBI report does show my HB1 immigration case and immigratrion arrest.

currently I am working as export and import manager in one of Indian company in INDIA. company wants to send me for Canada for upcoming conference ans EXPO.

CAN I APPLY FOR CANADA VISITOR VISA / BUSINESS VISA ? IF YES WHAT IS CHANCES TO GET VISA?

ALSO I WANT TO APPLY FOR PR IN FUTURE. IF I GET REJECTION FOR VISITOR VISA DOES IT GONNA EFFECT ON MY PR?

FOR CANADA PR
WHAT IS RATIO IF SOMEONE DON`T HAVE CRIMINAL RECORD BUT DEPORTED FROM USA?

please help me.

Others can comment as well but would think getting a visit visa the odds are slim for approval although no reason why you should not try applying as long as you are honest in declaring everything given US and Canada share information. Nobody here can speculate or predict what might happen with an application.

As for a PR application then as long as you are honest in your application about any rejection or deportation then that might or might not affect any future PR application there is no way to predict. A visit visa rejection unlikely on its own to affect any PR application.

Doubt there are any publicly available statistics on deportations from other countries affecting PR applications. Each application likely reviewed individually and a decision based on the reason for being deported.

Ultimately what’s done is done and history so unfortunately you will have to accept any future impacts whatever they might be

The chances of a TRV being approved with such a recent deportation are most likely nil. Working with a lawyer won't increase your chances. Having said that, you can certainly try. You will want to demonstrate extremely strong ties to your home country to show you have plans on returning. You must also declare your US immigration history in your application

No - a rejected visitor visa will not impact a future PR application. The only thing that could impact a future PR application is if you are not 100% honest about your immigration history in the TRV application and receive a 5 year ban from Canada for misrepresentation.

FYI - There's no such thing as a "group visa". Your application for a TRV will be assessed on its own.

I wont lie anything about my usa history. Thank you.
There is no guarantee you get visitor Visa.. Because last year Canada rejects more than 1 Lakh visitor visa from India only...

Reason is - Many are going to meet their siblings and trying to find job and keep staying longer to get Permanent Residency which is counted as Illegal and other reasons as well there...

You have already been deported so chances are very less. But why you deported from USA?? Call to Trump...lol

From what I've read here, as long as you are completely honest with your deportation history, it will not affect your PR application. BUT, your question here was about a TRV was it not? Seems like you may also want to stay in Canada permanently because you want to apply for PR. As scylla said, a TRV application will most likely be rejected.
