Can I get TRV second time , I have already visted Canada only for 3 days

I did visit canada last December and now I want to apply my visa again .
I also had visited To USA , England , Europe , Canada ,South Africa , Kuwait , Mozambique, Dubai etc

I am pakistani National and will apply from pakistan .
how many days it will take ? And what abut visa chances

Processing time estimates for Pakistan are posted on the IRCC website.

Chances of being approved will depend on your ties to Pakistan (if you do not live/have business ties in Africa now). Do prepare your application well

I do have also same business in pakistan and also have business with name of Eagle construction since 2000 and submiting my tax return evety year .Do have property,family ,parents and business .
But have strong bank statement in South africs , in pakistan not more then 8000 CAD

You must prove your strong ties to both Pakistan and South Africa (including bank accounts there)

Do they take same time in second TRV after the approval of First One ?

Would it take same time (Paper Based ,Last time they took 75 days for approval South Africa )? .or second time they take less time ? (Online from Pakistan )

Estimated processing time depends on your country of residence. It's not possible to say whether you'll get a decision faster this time. Your previous TRV/visit will certainly help.

You have a good case. I suggest you submit a paper application (not online) with all evidence and explanations (sequenced/referenced)

I did already apply on 20th januaery and done Biomatrics 23 jan.
I have scanned all documents 234 Pages and try to explain every thing.Business documents of south africa and two business in pakistan. And also renewd my USA visa for 5 years.
