Can i get PR ( Permenent residance ) After my graduation

I will study in canada which is not a bachelors , or diploma.
It is Just Certificate for 22 weeks course

Program name : Graphic Design for Print and Web
Type of program : Certificate <------- Type of program is not Degree or Diploma it is Certificate of 22 weeks
Length : Length: 22 weeks


My question to experts that when i finish my 22 weeks Certificate program and work 1 year skilled job .Am i eligible to apply for PR ( Permenet Residance )

My question to experts that when i finish my 22 weeks Certificate program and work 1 year skilled job .Am i eligible to apply for PR ( Permenet Residance ) No. You must have studied full-time for at least 16 months(i.e. 2 academic years) to qualify under the graduate stream. You will be eligible under the foreign worker stream if you have skilled full-time work for at least 24months. There is talk of changing it to 1 yr work experience for foreign workers but the rules have not been changed yet.
