Can I get PR as Carpenter in demand jobs?

Hi folks, I’m working as food service supervisor since 2 year. One employer ready to hire me as a new joiner(carpenter -in demand jobs). But, don’t know how does it work to get everything done.

What is the requirement from employer to help me out through starting to end ?
Please help if somebody got through it. Thanks

I assume you have your trade papers, completed your apprenticeship or have done secondary education in the trades

No I didn’t. Isn’t it without red seal exam ? Just with paystub and all.

Review Express Entry and PNP programs. How long have you been with employer if you have paystubs?

No I don’t have any. Just did 2 year college certificate here in Canada and on work permit now. I guess one stream is on without this all.
