I wanted an advice, is it possible for me to get PR after one year of undergraduate study in canada, I'll be studying there as an international student. My total duration for the course is 4 years.

I intend to work on campus also while completing my studies.

You can apply for Express entry anytime. If after a year, you have enough score for express entry and receive an ita, you can definitely apply for PR.

Unless you have previous degrees and skilled work experience in your country, no, you will not qualify for PR after completing one year of an undergraduate degree.

I suggest you do a lot more research in what is needed to qualify for PR.
