can i get into univ of saskatchewan or regina with this scores?

I am sriram from india.completed my B.tech mech with=8.5 cgpa
diploma-89.5%
1oth=75%
and in IELTS
lis=7.5
read=6
writing=5.5
speak=6
with this scores is there any possibility to get into the university for masters in engg in mechanical
can any one suggest me or reply
