I am an international student and I will study here for 2 years.
I have fiance which we have not officially married yet. She also in Canada and her visa will expire soon.
When we stay together in Canada 1 year (in the next few months), I would like to get an open work permit for her by using common-law relationship.
The point is we are now living in subletting for cost saving, which we don't have a rental agreement. and we pay cash for the rental fee.
But we do have a joint bank account, and bank statement+telephone bills which sent to the same address. (back date 1 year)
And we do have lot photos of us on the social network like Facebook and instragram since last two years.

1. Is that enough to get common-law relationship?
2. If I apply common-law using a current address (subletting), will it affect on house owner? I am pretty sure that this house is not registered for rental. (that's why the owner asked for cash payment only)
