Can I get Canadian Visa

Hello All,
I wanted to know that can I get the study visa for Canada, I have just got 33 marks in maths and I am also having an offer letter from TRU for computing science.

I have scored 92% in my class 11 and 8 cgpa in my class 10 my ielts score is 6.5 overall and no band less than 6.5.
Due to some health reasons I was not able to score much in my Class 12 Exams.

Can I get the visa for Canada ??
