Hello,
I am sorry to say but your score is low.No doubt that some times students having 5.5 bands had also got viza but they have 5.5 bands in only one skill,in rest of the three skills they got 6 bands.If your profile was similar than you can take risk.But to be on a safe side clear IELTS with 6.5 bands and no less than 6 bands in each.
