Can I get a SIN number at Billy Bishop Airport? Or only at Pearson?

I'm considering landing at Billy Bishop. I'll be flying from the US, so I know I can land there, but I don't know if YTZ (Billy Bishop) has a Service Canada counter at the airport.

I've read that it's easier to get the SIN number at the airport, and Pearson has a Service Canada office.

Anyone got a SIN number at YTZ?
