CAN I GET A NEW STUDY PERMIT UNDER TRV VISA AS A FOREIGN NATIONAL

I came to Canada in sep 2014 and my studies completed in dec 2016 but I got fail in one exam and that exam I cleared in march and I was awarded a degree in may 2017 but when I went to POE for open work permit they granted me a TRV visa saying that you cannot work as a student but I worked for only 20 hours a week CBSA OFFICER banned me from studying and workin for 6 months and granted me a TRV VISA FOR ONE MONTH AND TOOK MY study permit with him .now can I apply for post graduation studies or not please guide me as I have 1 month left can I apply for a new study permit and apply for an admission in DLI PLEASE GUIDE ME
 
If you were banned for six months, then you need to leave Canada. A new study permit is not going to be approved.
 
So what should I do now I should apply for which type of restoration of status as a student or worker as I haven't done any illegal activity I have completed my course in time should I appeal to review there decision
