can I get 600 point with approved pre-screening letter from PNP

My employer just sent Pre-screening application form to PNP office under "International student with a job offer stream". However, as of today I only have 5.5 month left before the 2 year limit rule after graduation reaches. Plus PNP is not processing applications in December and January. If I cannot meet the deadline, I am thinking to go with Express Entry, and take the Pre-screening letter to get the 600 points.

Could anyone let know if pre-screening letter can be used for extra 600 points under Express Entry?

No - you need an approved LMIA and a permanent job offer to get the 600 points.
