Can I gain points on adaptability if my relative is my aunts son ?

I am too close with my aunts son, I have checked on website, it says that only sibling can be give points, not sure exactly if my brother will some document if he can take care of me when needed will this affect?

No - you can't. Your aunt's son is your cousin. Adaptability points are not awarded for cousins.

But Scylla, I think he can gain points for his aunt if she is PR/citizen. Can't he?
