Can I fly to Canada 4 months earlier than my start of classes?

I want to have more time to process like vaccinations for my program, buy furniture for my bedroom as I will live in my brother's house, process driver's license, etc.
I have heard of other people being 4 months early and had no issues, and also other reports of people being 30 days early and not allowed entry... so I am not sure what is really the official "policy" for this
Many school websites advise no more than 30 days in advance. The earlier you arrive ahead of that, the greater the chances you may be turned around and sent home and told to return later. Ultimately your call.

what i don't understand why Canada Gov can just release a solid written in stone policy on when Students can actually come to Canada.
Stories like i mentioned of students arriving 4 months early being allowed entry is just creating confusion

if you heard people who flew 4 months early and had no issues then why are you questioning on the Forum?? 4 months is almost one semester!!
it doesn't make any sense to fly four months in advance just to justify you're gonna buy furniture and have driver license.
be ready for CBSA's questions upon arrival at the port of entry.

It is very rare for students to arrive 4 months in advance. There are generally concerns tbat students will work if tryi g to enter that early. You need to shpw that you have the additional savings. In rare cases where students are denied entry at 4 weeks it is usually due to the inability to show enough savings. That could be an issue if they4 arrived a week before. Your reasons don't justify arriving 4 months early. If you really insist on arriving early I would suggest 6 weeks early for example. With supply chain issues you should order furniture way in advance but if you are moving into your brother's home you shouldn't need that much stuff. Even if your room is unfurnished getting a bed and desk is relatively easy. You aren't furnishing and stocking a full apartment like most students.
How about my case? I had also planned to travel to Canada 4 months prior to the start of my classes but i had a Valid TRV and family members living in Canada so my plan was to visit them and stay with them those months and then come back to my country and re-enter Canada in August as a student to begin with my classes in September.
I said HAD a TRV because it was cancelled without prejudice when i got my Study Permit. So my question is, can i still travel to Canada 4 months prior to the start of my classes using my study permit? My justificacion is that i am going to visit my family and stay rent free at their home, in order to get accustomed to the life in Canada so when the time for me to begin my classes come, i will be used to everything and can integrate myself better.
You can certainly try. Up to CBSA if they allow you to enter or tell you to return closer to the start of classes. None of us here can tell you what will happen.
If they have concerns that student would be working illegally then that same student can work illegally while the classes commence. There should no such concerns and anyone breaking those laws/rules should be punished after the offence and not based on speculations.
I apologize for not having an answer to your question. But could you tell me when you applied for visa and from where? I also applied for September 22 intake. I am trying to get an idea about the processing times.
