Hi everyone, my situation is kind of tough so I really need you guys advice. My Study Prrmit and Visa will be invalid on March,31. Therefore, is that possible to fly back to Canada from outside a week ( around March 23) before they are becoming invalid? I am waiting for new study permit though it takes so long to be made the final decision. Can I show immigrantion in the border that I am waiting for it.
And the second question is: my Canada visa is on my old passport since I got the new one last year, is there any chance to travel with 2 passports without transfer visa into the new passport. Also I heard there is no way to transfer visa, I just can do apply for the new one. I have been trying to call CiC but never could reached to talk to them.
Thanks alot !
Best regards!

Yes, as long they are not expired, you can use them. Make sure that you carry evidence that the new study permit is in process.

Carry both passports, hand them in both at POE.

I really appreciate your help. But I have to print the CIC account or just open on my phone and show them. I read some topics on that forum but not sure about the rule changed or not. Thanks

Cell phones are not allowed in the immigration area. You can tell them that you carry evidence with you in your phone and request permission to turn it on. I would recommend a hard copy for easyness and convinience though.
