Can I flagpole to get Study permit?

Hello All,
I got study visa & Letter of Introduction while in my country, then school canceled my program. I came into Canada with my visitor's visa and while here got LOA from another school. Do I need to raise a webform and inform IRCC? How do I get my study permit? Go to a land border and flagpole? What other options do I have? I plan to travel (fly) to the province where the new school is situated by weekend, is it possible to get study permit at the airport?

So when you changed schools, did you apply for a new study permit? You cannot change DLIs if you have never studied at the school on your current permit. You cannot get a study permit at the airport because you are not going through immigration. As for land border, CBSA wants proof that you will study at the school listed on your current permit. You should be applying for a new permit.

If your application has been approved
If your application for a study permit has been approved and you change your DLI, you must submit a new study permit application with a new letter of acceptance. You must also pay all the fees for the new application.
