Can i find a Job or a Job offer with tourist VISA in Canada??????

Dear Seniors,
Can any one please help me. Can i find a job or a job offer to go Canada with tourist VISA?
Because it is very impossible to get job from my own country.

Is they any legal issue to find only job with tourist VISA.

Please help. Expert help required.

You can search for a job while in Canada as a visitor but you cannot work without a work permit.

Yes, an employer can offer you a job, provided they have a positive LMO. You would then apply for a work permit.

Or an employer can offer you a job (the offer letter explicitly says "subject to approval from CIC"), and latter apply for LMO. Once it is received employee can apply for work permit. I don't think unnamed LMO's are common or even approved for highly skilled positions.

I know around 20+ people who came to Canada on high skilled work permits. Not one of them was an unnamed LMO. I have only seen those for low skilled jobs.

To elaborate, unnamed LMO is one in which employer already applied and got LMO from HRSDC without even naming the employee (so justifying his skills would certainly not be possible). They add names to the LMO latter.
