My wife is being difficult with understanding and filling out the application forms....can she simply sign them, mail them to me and I answer the questions?

Its not easier just if you fill all the forms, she print and sign?

You can fill them out. It is better if you help her fill them out. Maybe talking to her on the phone to get her answers as you write them in would be fine.
She has to sign the documents, so she must understand the answers and agree that they are true. If she is interviewed, she must give the same answers that are on the forms. Saying she signed without knowing what was on the forms will not help her.

Ya, take your time and fill them out. Step by step, one question at a time. If it take a few days, then take those days to do them.

Make sure you make copies of everything before sending them off...

If you have any specific questions, you can post here, and people will answer/help out.

Also remember that you'll have to validate some forms after filled on the computer in order to generate bar codes.

Are you the sponsor or the applicant?

My husband is allergic to paper work ,so as the sponsor i filled in all the forms and we discussed every thing . Most of the application was simply just type in the information. When it came to the part of how we met etc i attached a separate piece of paper with his name ,date of birth , the question # etc etc .

Be aware that sometime they add new updated forms. .My husband was coming for a visit so we went over the application that i had done and he signed and off i went to the post office.
