Can i file my immigration case from Usa

Hello,
I am in Usa along with my wife on a vist visa, and i want to file my canadian immigration from Usa. please tell me what i have to do for this. Is it possible for me to file my case from here, and how mush time it may take to commplete.

You can not apply from the USA when you are there on a visit visa. You have to be legally admitted for 1 year.

I think the average of Islamabad is something like 67 months. You should look at provincial nominee programs and see if you can get a job offer and a temporary work permit, then apply for permanent residency through the provincial nominee program instead.

If you want to get a student visa in the US, you have to deal with US immigration.  You have to apply for university, be accepted, show that you have money to support yourself while you are there.  If you have a student visa that is valid for a year or more, you can apply to Canada immigration from the US.  You could also apply for a student visa in Canada. I don't know how it works in the US but in Canada if you are on a student visa, your wife can get an open work permit.

• Can I apply for student visa for Canada while in US?
• Is it easy to get a visit visa from US to Canada or do I have to go back to home country to apply for visa. I have a multiple visa to US.
• If I can come to Canada on visit visa can I convert my visit visa into student visa?
