Hi, I studied at college for 1 year and I got my work permit for 1 year.
I'm 22 and I'm from Ukraine.
I am working full time for almost 1 year for one employer.
I want to continue work for the same employer in Canada after WP will expire in September.
Can I do that? Can I extend WP or get a new one?

My employer doesn't have LMIA, but I saw info that:
Your employer doesn’t need an LMIA to support your job offer if: you have been working full-time for the employer on your work permit for at least 1 year (or an equal amount of part-time work).

I will apply for Express Entry only in case if I will get the right score in IELTS. So I guess I don't need info about bridging work permit yet.

Thank you, for help. I believe in the internet a lot of info, but I really confused.

You cannot extend your PGWP. You would need to get a new work permit. To get a new work permit, you need a job offer from your employer and your employer also needs to obtain an approved LMIA. I don't know where you saw that quote regarding not needing an LMIA - however it doesn't apply to your situation. An LMIA is required if you want to continue working in Canada.

Thank you very much!
Oh, that quote is about Express Entry job offer. Does anybody know, can I get this 50 points for job offer without LMIA?
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment/lmia-exempt.html
That quote is specific to the 50 job offer points under Express Entry and there are further limitations to this rule. If you want to continue working in Canada now - your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a new work permit.

To answer your question about the 50 job offer points, an approved LMIA is also required for you to get the 50 points under Express Entry. You would only be able to avoid the LMIA if your employer was named in your work permit (e.g. if you held an intra company transfer work permit or a young professionals holiday visa where the employer's name was on your actual work permit). Since you hold a PGWP, no employer is listed on the work permit and an LMIA is needed to get the 50 points.

It does say on CIC page that you do not LMIA if you have been working for same employer for one year..
You must be misunderstanding what you're reading. There is no such rule. Can you provide the link?
