Can I extend my study permit with conditional LOA from college.

I had completed my High school program in Canada. I got the final Transcripts but college wants OSSD certificate. I will get that in June from my school.
Then I can give that to my college. My intake is in September. Now Can I extend my study permit by this Conditional LOA?

I have just about the same situation as you with a relative of mine and I am not sure, I have seen many different outcomes on here from others with a conditional LOA. We applied for the extension 2 weeks ago. 3 possible scenarios I can think of, they extend it based on the mid term transcripts and the remaining credits needed for the OSSGD which will fulfill the condition. They refuse because the college LOA is conditional or they say to wait and submit the transcripts in June before a decision.

I presume you have checked that they won't issue the certificate until the school year is finished? And did they say the certificate would be available right away once the transcripts come out? There is no real guidance I have found from IRCC for this situation, going from secondary to post-secondary school is not something that is asked about a lot here.

If they refuse then we will reapply after we get the transcripts and hope for a fast processing.
