Can I Extend My PGWP and Change Its Conditions in One Application?

I was granted a 2-year Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) instead of 3 years due to my passports expiry. My passport has since been renewed, and I would like to extend my PGWP for an additional year to match the new passport expiry.

I’m wondering if I can apply to extend my PGWP and change its conditions in the same application, or if it’s better to do them separately. Is it allowed to request both in one application, or should they be handled separately? Also, would I submit two separate forms, or is it all handled through one form?

Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

You can try to do both at once.
