Can I enter Quebec with COPR?

Hi there,

I have successfully completed my landing at Toronto Airport couple of days ago.
I have some friends I want to visit in Quebec. My question is can I enter Quebec with my COPR and then return to Toronto?

Quebec is a province in Canada. You can freely enter any time. No one will question you and there is no border crossing restriction. Keeping any identity proof with you (Driver's licence, passport etc) is always better for any emergency.
