Can I enter my name into the pool for EE without my credential assessment?

Hello all, I apologize if this question is already answered in the forum, but I am currently working in Canada and would like to apply under FSWC but I have not received my education credential assessment yet. I got an 8 on my IELTS, can I now enter the pool before receiving the results of an ECA?

I have no PNP and I currently work a seasonal job that lasts 10 months out of the year, what are my options?

You need i year canadian work experience to qualify for CEC. Or an ECA to qualify for FSW.
Some people have also complained that the 1 year had to be continuous or the express entry system gets cranky about this. Although, it's not confirm as yet.
