Hi, I have received my letter of introduction and the next step to get my work permit is to have it approved upon entry into Canada. I have read that it is easier to get a job while in Canada nstead of applying from overseas. Will they approve my work permit upon entry if I dont have a job offer yet? How do I know if i have a closed or open work permit? I have applied through the IEC. Thank you!
