Can I enclosed 2 tests results??!!

Can I send 2 Ielts results as I achieved required scores in 2 exams (I mean in first test I meet the threshold in all abilities except reading however in the second ones I attained required in reading) so I will send the 2 results as proof for all four abilities? this is for FSW
First test was
S7 L6 W6 R5
Second test is
S6 L4.5 W4.5 R6

No - you must meet the minimum requirement on a single test result. if you send two test results, you will be rejected.
