I have got 60% in 10th, 58% in 12th, 44% in graduation and 62% in my 1year pg diploma. What are my chances for 2years pg diploma based on my post-graduation percentage as I know it would be impossible to get admission based on my graduation.. If less chance then what if I do my graduation again in different stream? Please reply

What do you mean by graduation? , If by graduation you mean bachelor's then no you will most likely not be able to get admission in a good college and get your visa approved. For PG courses only bachelor degree marks are seen. Your only chance is to see which college accepts work experience as a substitute. You will have to contact the college directly and ask.
You have to give reasoning why you are doing bachelors after doing bachelors before and also doing PG diploma. You will have to give very good reasoning for the reason why. It will not be easy and I am not some fortuneteller to tell you exact chances. If you are genuine and are able to convince the visa officer than it is possible. If people are doing it then why are you asking, just go for it?
