Can I create another profile in EE for myself while my ITA is being processed

Can I create another profile in EE for myself while ITA (that i recieved in OCT) is being processed? I am asking this question because the lawyer entered my work information incorrectly. I qualify as a CEC candidate but I had 2 employers (1-for 10 months) other for (8 months and continuing). The lawyer only entered the information of one job. I got an invite for the profile which had incorrect work information. So, I decided to go ahead and apply by justifying the error though a LOE, LOR and supplementary documents. So, I would like to know if I can create another profile while my current ITA is being processed?

I fear that my current ITA/application might get rejected due to this error. I dont know if I will qualify again for the next draw(my score is only 453)? IS this possible or do I have to wait till my EE gets rejected (just in case, knock on wood , hope that this does not happen) but would like to be prepared for worst case scenario.
Please help guys. Need your expertise. ??? :'(

Even though CIC discourages applicants from having multiple active profiles in the pool, there is no harm in creating another profile provided you don't submit it into the pool as long as your 1st profile is active in the system. Recommend that you wait till your earlier profile gets refused before entering the pool again.

As for the wrong information in your older profile, what matters is that you qualified for the ITA without needing additional points from the other job whose details weren't provided in the application. The other job should've been mentioned in Personal history even if it wasn't included in Work history. If that wasn't done, CIC might send you a Schedule A request and you can correct that anomaly then and provide a short note explaining the mistake and apologizing for it. Given that you have already submitted an LOE on this front, I imagine it isn't a problem at all at this time.
