Can i continue to work when i have applied for restoration while incorporated ?

My work permit finished in june 2015 , i am working in a company as incorporated , now i have applied for restoration of status and new work permit. Can i continue to work in this situation as technically my company is getting paid not me , i will not generate my payroll this month as i have to stop working .... Please help me out in this situation can i continue to work or not after expiry of work permit if incorporated

No - you certainly can't continue working under these conditions. Continuing to work will be classified as illegal work and will put your restoration/new work permit in jeopardy. It doesn't matter that you yourself won't be getting paid. CIC will still classify your activities as working without a valid work permit. Even if your company wasn't getting paid (i.e. you were volunteering) - the work would still be illegal. You've already clocked several weeks of illegal work. Time to stop before you make the situation any worse than it already is.
