Can I combine different foreign NOCs with a work gap to achieve more CRS points?

Hello,
I'm confused with the continuous part mentioned on CIC.
What I have:

One year and nine months of foreign work experience in NOC 3111. (Continuous)

A gap of ONE year

One year and three months of foreign work experience with another employer in the NOC 3112 (Continuous)


Could I accumulate both jobs to get more CRS points for the 3 years? Please let me know. Thanks
