Can I claim full-time work experience done with a full-time degree simultaneously?

Hello everyone!

How's everyone doing? Hope fine. This will be my first post.

I've done my graduation majoring in Political Science from Delhi University, immediately after graduating I joined Law School for an LL.B. Now, I've been working a full time job as a Legal Assistant (NOC 1242) with an Advocate along my full time law school studies. Sounds strange, right? Well, what enabled me to do so is that I'm working an evening shift with the Advocate as a Legal Assistant, and my law school classes are scheduled from morning and I'm done with them way before my job.

Do you think I'll come across any issues while claiming this Work Experience?

Let me know in case I will, because I'll have to work it out any way possible, as without this work experience I won't be able to apply.

Thanks!

No, work experience gained while a student outside Canada is accepted if it meets all of the other requirements (at least one year continuous, paid, full-time, skilled NOC).

Hey! Thanks for the reply. Actually, the work experience that I've mentioned is full-time and paid as well. So I guess I will be able to claim it without any problems. Thanks a ton!
