Can I claim 50 points of LMIA, if I just got closed work permit of 2 years but LMIA is expired. My Job is noc A category and I just started job before 1 month.
It took more than 1 year for me to get work permit approval but by then my LMIA is expired. Currently I haven't created express entry profile, So for Express Entry , Can I claim this 50 points if close permit is of more than 1 year but LMIA is expired ?
