Can I change the specialization after enrollment?( U of Manitoba )

Hi all, anyone know If I apply for Master of Education specialized in Educational Administration, Can I change the specialization after enrollment? I want to apply for university of Manitoba.
For example I applied educational administration specialized，then change to Studies in Curriculum, Teaching and Learning?

I am an online student of U of M in extended education for sept 2020.
I am not sure but I dont think that you can change the specialization after enrollment.
You should ask the U of M authorities to know about your concern in detail.
