Scared to go to Service Ontario and update my address, do they will know I am out of status? I need ID as a proof of residence like applying for Library Card, etc. Just being paranoid.
can I change the address in my driver's license without status?

service ontario has nothing to do with CIC. they are not the same agency. if you have a driver's license, my guess is they are going to assume you have legal status.
