My work permit has expired and currently, i am on visitors record which is valid till 2026. I got ITA in August 2024 and submitted my file and got AOR in October 2024.
i cant do job and living here and waiting in Canada for my PR process is taking a toll on my savings.
Can someone with highly relevant experience or knowledge guide me what should i do.
should i stay in Canada till feburary 2025 and take my pr card and only after that leave (as most of people suggest this)
or should i leave Canada and visit my family and inform IRCC about change of my residence. (Will this delay my process? if yes by how much time)
i am aware if i leave Canada i cannot come back unless i have PRTD.
Please suggest my what should i do as i already booked my flight several months ago so should i cancel it and stay in Canada or should i go back.
Also, if i leave Canada will my PR process be severely impacted or delayed a lot ?
