can I change my work permit if my employer cancel my job offer

Hello everyone.
I have came to Canada a few days ago by temporary work program (Agricultural seasonal work).
what happen is my employer cancel my job contract because his business is going down. So can I change my work permit to another occupation work permit or open work permit? my occupation is farmer and farm manager. Because I found job from construction as a construction labour. If I can when can I start to work?

Nope, you need a new LMO from the employer and then you have to apply for a new work permit BEFORE you can start work.
