I am little puzzled right now and your help can help me solving this puzzle
Brief is : I applied VISA for Brock University in August 2014 but due to more medical tests which were required by embassy, delayed in issuing the visa and I could not join Brock.I had offer from UNB as well, so I wrote embassy about this and changed my university to UNB but again embassy sent me a letter that need few more medical tests as they were suspecting TB and it took 6 weeks for the medical report to be generated and I missed UNB
deadline for 2014 october.
Though UNB sent me the deferral letter for 2015.
Now all the medical test reports came negative and I received my VISA , stating validity date as March 2017.
But I do not want to join UNB, I would rather go for Brock again for August 2015.
So my query is :
1.Can I go with this VISA for the Brock?
2.If I go with the current visa, will there be any problem at the port of entry in canada? Will I be deported back as university will be different as per my visa application documents and the actual one?
3.Do I need to cancel this Visa and reapply freshly for Brock?
Please help me with this as its important for me to decide this.
