Can I change my study permit into work permit in ontario if I have employer.?

Hi All !
Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to change study permit into work permit. I'm studying in toronto. I have employer who want to hire me .right now I'm working part time. With the company through an agency.
Please give your advice and if it is possible ... how?

u have to ask to your emoloyer for lmia
process. its very tough now a days.
if he get hrsdc approved lmia then u can
work with him . its long process. ask
to any qualify lawyer abt it.
