Can I change my college and level of study before reaching canada?

Hey everyone, I have received my visa for a 2 years diploma in Cambrian college. The program starts in september 2021 but now I want to change my college and study a 4 years bachelors degree instead of 2 year diploma.
1. Is it possible to it before reaching Canada?
2. Will I have to apply for visa again?
3. If I transfer dli on cic website, will I have trouble on airport with the immigration department?
4. Will I need to extend my study visa now because the bachelors is of 4 years?

You can do that, but you will have to send an update to IRCC, the new offer letter, etc.

No, You have to file again. Get admission letter from College and apply for Visa since your existing visa is only for 2 years. Otherwise, first land, start education and then apply for a change.

you can extend your study permit after because your program of choice changed to 4 years instead of 2.

at the border? yes because 3 months before the end you can extend your study permit
