Can I change my closed work permit to open work permit after I get my pnp approval?

Hi everyone,

I want to thanks everyone in advance.
My question is if I can change my work permit closed to open?

I came here on visitor visa,
than I got LMIA, and got closed work permit (valid for 2 years)
And now I got my PNP approval. On pnp approval it says, Restrictions on employment- NO

I wanna ask if I can change my employer?

Already got my Federal File Number.

I don't think that makes you eligible for an Open Work Permit.
