can i change college before arriving canada?

hey there
i had applied for student visa last year for sept2020.
due to corona i had to defer fees to sept21

few days ago i got my passport request.

i just want to know whether i can change college before reaching canada bcz i am not satisfied with course in my college.
i want to opt for other course which gives me more employment opportunities and is also availbl for may 21 intake.
so can i change college?? [that course is not availbl in my older college, so i have to change course as well as college]

Yes you can. As long as you have been accepted by the other college. The only thing you need to do is to inform CIC by logging into your CIC account and changing your DLI.

Hello,

If you already have the new LOA, then very good. Though it will be better if you initiate the change from within Canada prior befire the commence of studies.
