I just purchased a brand-new vehicle after I got PPR. Wondering if I can bring that along with me as personal belongings when I land tax free?

I think there's a requirement that you must have owned the vehicle for a certain number of month before you can bring it into Canada tax free. If the vehicle is newly purchased, I believe you will have to pay tax. Hopefully someone with way more knowledge in this area will comment.

Thank you. I seem to have found the answer after some online searching and the answer appears to be yes:

All I can tell you is from my own experience from my landing this past weekend. I listed my vehicle on the B4a form and was told by the officer that if I do bring it over, I need to keep it for at least one year if I do not want to pay tax. My vehicle is not a new vehicle, however, this is just what I was told.
