Can I be eligible for Federal Skilled Trades if I am already met Federal Skilled Worker requirements

At the moment I have an express entry profile and my points are 371 (really low). I'm looking to bring these points up however, I've noticed a round of selection for the federal skilled trades program which require a lower CRS number. I think the latest round invited people with 284 CRS points.

If I have an express entry for the federal skilled worker program, can I also have one for the federal skilled trades program to increase my chances?

Err..no.
You are in federal skilled worker category because of your noc and level of expertise..right?
You cant downgrade your experties and claim points for the same in trades category.
