Can I ask my brother in law in UK to submit and pick my passports for visa??

I am curruntly working in bahrain and I can not keep my passport away for 6 week time, I have an option which is that I have my brother living in UK, my question is that can I send my passport to him and advise him to submitt and get back my passports in person from CHC-London in two weeks time, is this possible, if yes, how and what documents are needed?

please help anybody who know the process

From what I understand, there is no guaranteed two week timeframe, the London office (and all others) only go as fast as it takes them.
FWIW I doubt you would save much time having someone collect the passport.
