Can I arrive Canada 5 weeks before my program starts

I am fully vaccinated (COVISHIELD).
My flight is on 8th Dec 2021 while my program starts from 10th Jan.
I'm worried what if they made me return to my home country.

They normally recommend a month before starting. You'll arrive two days before that month span, I don't think you'll get in trouble. Be sure to bring proof of sufficient funds to support yourself that extra month, just in case.
