can i appy under express entry along with adopted son ?

my marriage is 3 years old and i have one 5 years old adopted son. soo now i have 3 kids (2 yrs girl+3 months boy + 5 years boy (adopted). i love him even more thn my own kids.does embssy have any problem over this. i have 420 points..please any here sort out my this problem

Should be no problem assuming all the legalities of the adoption are in order and you have the sufficient funds for a family of 5 people.
