I currently live in Ontario and do not qualify for their PNP program, is it possible to apply in any other province while I live here or do I have to move there first ? Like if I have a job offer or until they confirm my eligibility? or some sort of arranged employment?
I like my current city and job thats why I want to spend as much time here as possible.
